I take pride in serving the community where I was born and raised, focusing on honesty and fairness to earn your business as a trusted, family-owned company. I have over 15 years of experience in construction. My career started at 16 years old, working for my dad in the HVAC field. He taught me importance of a strong character the value of communication and the importance of getting it right the first time. I went on to have nearly a decade long career specializing in residential and commercial windows and doors. As a result of my vast experience in various areas of construction, I bring a comprehensive and technical understanding to each inspection. My work ethic was not only inspired by my Father, but my Grandfather, Alfonso, who emigrated from Colombia and built a successful family Tax business in New York City. His clients, and their relationships, were all built on trust, which are the values that were instilled in me from a young age. With that same spirit of determination and integrity I strive to provide my clients with transparency and honesty throughout the entire inspection process, ensuring they have a clear and accurate understanding of the property's conditions.
